Graham Pattle joined eftec in April 2024 as a Senior Consultant as an expert in chemicals regulations and policy.
Prior to joining eftec, Graham worked as a Senior Chemicals Policy Consultant at Ricardo Energy & Environment and as a consultant at Risk & Policy Analysts (RPA). He has managed and supported several large-scale projects, including various impact assessments for public and private sector clients assessing proposed policy changes to the REACH and CLP Regulation resulting from commitments outlined in the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability (CSS). Graham also has extensive experience of performing analysis of alternatives for REACH Applications for Authorisation (AfA) and Risk Management Options Analysis (RMOA).
Graham holds a Master's degree in Environment & Development and a Bachelor degree in Geography. He also has a strong working knowledge of a range of programming languages for data management and analysis, such as PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
