Victoria is a Consultant at eftec. She joined eftec in as an intern in October 2021 and became a Researcher the following December. She is involved in project teams across service areas including natural capital, green finance, and chemicals policy. She contributes to stakeholder engagement, socio-economic impact analysis, natural capital accounting capacity building for projects like accounting in the UK Overseas Territories, and market analysis, such as an economic analysis of electric vehicle technologies.
Victoria was also a member of the OECD advisory panel Youthwise, which included speaking at ministerial meetings and climate and economic panels on the intersection of youth and the environment. She has authored Moving to Net Zero—Closing the ambition gaps on climate mitigation and adaptation, which is available on the OECD Forum Network. She is active in mentoring youth leaders through the Future Leaders Network.
Prior to joining eftec, Victoria worked in international development at CARE USA on a range of projects in Africa and Asia and natural resource management at Philadelphia City Government. Her MPhil dissertation focused on the success of participatory development in natural resource management in Latin America.
Victoria holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
